Larry Ty Fleming is code certified with ICC (International Code Council) as a Residential Combination Inspector, Licensed with the Texas Real Estate Commission, TREC # 4860 as a Professional Inspector, is an approved TRCC (Texas Residential Construction Commission) inspector and is also on the fee panel for FHA inspections.
